Primary bedroom with full bath with access to the living area. There is a private enclosed outdoor shower near the main entrance. A large storage shed in rear yard for tenants usage. Six beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 1 beach cart provided.Off street parking in the shared driveway for 1 car.
