Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Wohnung war geräumig, hatte viel Ablageflächen und war ruhig. Die Küche im Eingangsbereich ist klein und mit dem Wichtigsten ausgerüstet. Einkausmöglichkeit in nächster Nähe.

Kontakt und Schlüsselübergabe auch am späten Abend problemlos. Verkehrstechnisch gut gelegen und kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Wichtig war uns Verdunkelungsrollo im Dachfenster gleich über den Betten.

Auch sind wir über Ihre Schilderungen sehr überrascht und werden dies überprüfen und sofort Abhilfe schaffen. Sie haben ein Ferienappartement ohne Balkon gebucht, bei welchem es keinen täglichen Service gibt. In der Zimmermappe ist beschrieben, dass Sie jederzeit neue Handtücher an unserer Rezeption; und einen Housekeeping - Service auf Wunsch erhalten können. Unsere Rezeption ist von 06:00 - 13:00 Uhr und von 16:00 - 20:00 Uhr persönlich jedoch 24h telefonisch besetzt. Management Hotel Residenz Royal - Casa Alexandra

Very nice and quiet apartment. Everything you need in walking distance. Grocery store, Bakery, Butcher Store and Playground! Close to the Freeway that reaches Heidelberg, Mannheim and Karlsruhe.
