The Franziska holiday rental (sleeps 2–4) is located on the second floor of our house and features a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a modern kitchen-living room. It measures approximately 50 m² and is the ideal accommodation for anyone looking to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature. There are a total of 4 sleeping spots: a double bed in the bedroom, and the couch in the living area can also be converted into a bed (sleeping area: 253/138 cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine. The apartment also features a spacious balcony.

On the ground floor of our house, there is also a ski storage room where our guests can safely store their ski gear in the winter and their bicycles in the summer. Ample parking is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests throughout the entire building. In addition, our infrared sauna—located right next to the holiday apartment—invites you to relax and unwind after an impressive hike or a wonderful day of skiing in the Almenwelt Lofer. In the summer, our guests receive the Summer Card free of charge. We also offer our guests a bread roll delivery service, ensuring that nothing is left to be desired during your stay with us.



Our family-run farm, first mentioned in a document in 1495, is situated in a quiet and idyllic location in the picturesque village of Scheffsnoth. It is just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Lofer. Our holiday apartments offer the ideal accommodation for anyone looking to spend a relaxing, nature-filled holiday in the heart of the Alps.

With the Summer Card, you can enjoy free access to the swimming pool in Lofer and visit the Vorderkaser and Seisenberg gorges during the summer season. The Lamprechtshöhle cave is also free for our guests, as is the bus ride to the city of Salzburg. In addition, this offer includes free use of the gondola. On-site costs: Prices are per holiday rental and night. A surcharge applies for stays of fewer than 3 nights. For guests aged 15 and older, an additional €1.70 per night is charged as a visitor’s tax.
