The main living level also includes a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find two additional queen bedrooms along with a loft sleeping area with two bunk beds, providing four twin beds that are perfect for kids or additional guests. A second full bathroom upstairs includes a tub and shower combination.

Built on pilings in classic coastal style, the home offers convenient covered parking beneath the house along with several outdoor features designed for beach living. Guests will appreciate the fish cleaning station for fresh catches, a hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and an electric grill for easy outdoor cooking. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the ground level.
