Look forward to a uniquely furnished and cosy holiday apartment in a completely eco-friendly holiday home. The “Sonne” holiday apartment features a bright and spacious living-dining area. The kitchen is one-of-a-kind—it was designed in-house and is fully equipped with a 4-burner induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, filter coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and a dining table for 4 people.

The living room opens directly onto the wooden deck with a grill and into the garden. The rustic fireplace ensures warm and cosy evenings on cooler days. An ample supply of firewood is provided.
The two separate bedrooms are each designed to accommodate 2 people. Bedroom 1 features a double bed, a travel cot, and a wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is a loft bedroom with 2 single beds and a chest of drawers.
Bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine. Separate toilet with sink.



On the property and in the garden: 1 parking space per holiday rental, charging station for e-bikes, wood storage for the fireplace and grill, bike racks, and a play area in the garden with a view of the adjacent biotope.

A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge.

The “Sonne” and “Mond” holiday apartments are individually furnished with an eye for detail. Each apartment accommodates 4 adults and 1 toddler and features two bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and a travel cot, and a loft-style Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a hallway, and a kitchen-living room with a rustic fireplace and a practical kitchen. The living room opens directly onto the terrace with patio furniture and the small south-facing garden with an adjacent biotope.



This modern solid-wood structure was built entirely using eco-friendly methods and, in addition to its excellent wind resistance, features properties that not only insulate the interior against cold and heat but also store heat. The interior spaces maintain a consistent temperature, creating a very pleasant indoor climate.

The beaches of the seaside resort Heiligendamm and the Baltic Sea resort Kühlungsborn are just 5–7 km away. This holiday home is perfect for exploring the diverse Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. From the quiet village of Steffenshagen, the colourful Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock are less than an hour’s drive away, and the Baltic Sea beaches of Warnemünde and the Fischland-Darß-Zingst region are also well worth a day trip.
