The house is very spacious for a large group! The rooms are actually very large with plenty of room to move around or even have play pens or toddler beds even in the rooms with the king beds. There is a picture in the listing of a bunk bed, which we were counting on, that is not there. While it is the perfect house for a large group, if you are traveling separately, there is not parking for a large group. The house is on a very busy major street in Fort Worth and you cannot park on the street. The only parking is in the driveway. There is also no parking nearby to park additional vehicles. The host is very communicative and was thoughtful in what was in the house for us. The towels are good, full towels and there are plenty of them. There is jumbo size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. The host even went so far as to have everything we needed for coffee available for us, including good creamer. Unfortunately, while we had intended on using the pool and hot tub during the Memorial Day weekend, we were informed the motor had broken and both the pool and hot tub were way to filthy to be used. While I understand the motor breaking is out of anybody's control, we were informed the day of check-in of the problem and were told it would be fixed by noon the next day. We were there three days and it was never fixed and we were offered no compensation after specifically renting a house on the holiday weekend with a pool.
