This newly remodeled, 1,960 square foot property, which can fit 6-8 people, boasts a private entrance gate on a paved driveway and a two-car awning. Upon entry via the smart lock, you will find a high vaulted ceiling in the living room with a 65” smart TV, deep couches perfect for cozying up under a blanket. The kitchen is fully equipped should you plan to cook and dine in as Oakhurst provides a few grocery stores. Here everyone gets a “room with a view.” The large master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom has a queen size bed and two sliding glass doors for convenient access to the front yard’s romantic mountain views and the backyard’s entertaining area. The second bedroom hosts a queen size bed and bay windows which look out into the mountain valley, gets the most amazing morning sun. The third bedroom is perfect for single sleepers or children with its two low-profile full-sized beds, and of course the gorgeous mountain view from the bay windows.
Entertain yourselves in the GAME ROOM while playing pool, Foosball, or darts with bar seating and comfy chairs. Stream to your heart’s desire on the 55” smart TV. There is also patio seating and a propane Webster BBQ to enjoy. Want to relax? Our Celebrity Spa HOT TUB is perfect for unwinding and soaking up the scenery. Or warm up and lounge in Adirondack chairs (complete with cup holders) around the propane fire pit.

Guests will have access to the entire property and all the amenities. Guests will self check-in using their unique code for the key-less entry Smart Lock.

We have a strict no pet policy.
No smoking allowed, even outside. There is extreme fire danger. County ordinance does not allow guests to bring their own fire pit or BBQ.

This property is in the mountains which have an ecosystem of wildlife. While we do have regular pest control service, there will be native insects such as spiders, millipedes, beetles, etc. Common wildlife is deer, turkey, and other little critters. Please note that while not often encountered, scorpions, bears and mountain lions are part of the habitat.
THERE ARE BEARS HERE! Do not leave food or garbage outside or in your car.

Chains are sometimes required to travel to the Yosemite area during the snow season.

Oakhurst is a quaint mountain town in the Sierra Nevada foothills near Yosemite. It conveniently provides grocery stores, a movie theater, coffee shops, a brewery and amazing culinary establishments. Close attractions include Bass Lake which has a beach, the Southgate entry to Yosemite, Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias, Chukchansi Indian Casino in Coarsegold, and hiking trails throughout the area.
