Absolutely terrible these people are so greedy my brother got a hold of my information and made a booking with these people after I had found out and started the process of doing anything fixed or not and told them the situation about how my brother had stole my information and made this booking fraudulently they still chose to keep the money these people are greedy and will take your money in regardless actually no morals whatsoever and yeah the booking was named for that but I get the inconvenient but it's more inconvenient for the person who was stolen from to not get their money back
