Our charmingly renovated holiday home, “Siegzauber,” offers plenty of space for 2–6 people in its approximately 100 square metres. The Windecker Ländchen region is ideal for a family holiday, a varied active holiday, or a relaxing getaway.

The “Siegzauber” holiday home in detail:
Our popular holiday home is spread over three floors: one with a double bedroom, the attic with a double bedroom and a sleeping loft, and two living-sleeping rooms, each with a sofa bed. Families and groups of up to 6 people will find a relaxing holiday home here. Ideal for families with children and possibly accompanying grandparents or families of friends—but equally suitable for couples and small groups.

The ground floor:
The 40 square metres are divided into a cosy entryway, a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed), and a charming wood-burning stove. A spacious bathroom with a shower and a separate sauna area guarantees relaxation and rejuvenation.

First Floor:
Here, the 40 square metres are also divided into a cosy bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove with oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave) with direct access to the large covered terrace and a guest bathroom.

The attic:
There are two more spacious rooms covering 20 square metres. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a loft bed (90x200), and the other is a separate living area (with a sleeper sofa 160x200).

Good to know:
The holiday home is situated in an idyllic location right next to the Siegauen floodplains and is surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy your getaway on the beautiful, covered sun terrace, while relaxing in the sauna in the separate sauna area, or watching the sunset over the floodplain landscape with a glass of wine on the small balcony. In the light-filled attic, you’ll find a cosy reading nook right beneath the floor-to-ceiling gable window. You can wind down the day by the cosy fireplace in the comfortable living room. Both living rooms also feature a flat-screen TV.

The outdoor pool and the town centre of Rosbach—with its diverse shopping options, varied dining scene, and several doctors—are just a stone’s throw away.

Another major advantage is the S-Bahn station in Rosbach, which runs approximately every half hour and provides access to cities like Cologne, making it possible to enjoy a holiday here without a car.
