The approximately 1,100 m² property (fenced, except on the side facing the water) offers you a unique view of the Baltic Sea and direct beach access. <br>As you open the front door and step into the entryway, your eyes are immediately drawn to the ocean view. <br>Continue straight ahead to reach a truly spacious living/dining room with an open kitchen. <br>This space is divided into <br>- an open kitchen with an oven, steam cooker, Miele fully automatic coffee machine for whole beans, warming drawer, 6-burner induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all other kitchen utensils. <br>- a dining area with a large dining table and chairs for the whole family.<br>- a living room with a gas fireplace, a large TV, and a comfortable sofa where you can relax for hours and unwind while enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea. <br>From the living room and the kitchen, you can step out onto the large terrace with a view of the sea, where a grill, a large table with chairs, and sun loungers await you.
