Relax in this peaceful, hilltop house. You will feel far away but will only be minutes away from 9 min. from Milligan, 16 min. ETSU, 12 min. Buffalo Mountain and all the shopping and dining in Johnson City and Elizabethton. In 35 minutes you can arrive at The Beauty Spot for terrific views or arrive at Bristol Motor Speedway. In one hour you can be in Asheville, NC and The Biltmore Estate. After all the events of the day come back to relax on the screened porch.

My husband and I live in Kentucky and bought our Hillside Hideaway to visit our daughter and son-in-law. We renovated our home and take great care in making it as enjoyable as possible.
Why they chose this property
We are still close to everything but just far enough to feel 'away'. The house sits at the top of a hill in a small neighborhood on 6/10th of an acre. We often have deer coming down from our backyard.
