Small, cosy 45 m² country-style holiday apartment for up to 4 people, suitable for 2 to 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 to 2 children (3rd child upon request). Living/dining room with a small sofa bed (extends to 1.98 m in length without a slatted frame, 1.10 cm wide), bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) that can also be used as twin beds or separated, as well as a fold-out sofa (with slatted frame, 1.30 x 2.00 m) for 1–2 people. The bedroom can be separated from the living/dining room by a sliding folding partition; fully equipped built-in kitchen; corner bench with table and 2 chairs; flat-screen TV; new bathroom with walk-in shower (0.80 x 1.00 m) and toilet.
