Just 4 min. off the N.S highway in a residential scheme on the Linstead bypass sits this cozy, spacious home with AC. Just unwind and enjoy the breezy view on the hill.

It is a small fairly new scheme with detached houses. It is 5 min. from the toll road that leads to the tourist area Ocho Rios and also Kingston. It is 5 min from the Linstead town and 10 min from Ewarton. The Knutsford Express is 15 minutes away.

The master bedroom has it own en-suite bathroom with double face basin. It consists of a king size bed. AC, a smart TV, Walk-in closet with mirror, an ottoman, dresser, chester drawer and a night table.

The 2nd bedroom has it own en-suite bathroom. A king size bed, AC, Walk-in closet, a chester drawer and a night table.

The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed , chester drawer, a night table and an attached bathroom.

The 4th bedroom is small. It contain a double bed, night table and a fan.


Additionally areas include an open concept kitchen. TV room with a 55 inch TV, 3 couches and a centre piece. The living room consist of 3 other couches. The dining area has a 6 seater table. Just relax on the front porch and enjoy the breeze on the hill. There is also a double garage which can accommodate 2 extra vehicles on the drive way. There is a laundry area which is accessible based on request. A seating area is also provided at the front of the property.
