Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The unit is located on the second floor, with both stairs and elevator access available. Self check-in is provided through a smart lock, with access details sent prior to arrival.

Parking is limited to two vehicles maximum. Parking passes must be displayed with the unit number and departure date visible. Additional on-site parking is not available. Pool rules are posted in the pool area, and association rules are provided in the unit. Guests are expected to review and follow all posted guidelines, including the Safety and Use of Amenities section below.

Boat slips, launch access, and trailer parking are first-come, first-served, and availability is not guaranteed. Little Lagoon water depth varies based on weather, tides, and season. Smaller boats and shallow-hull vessels generally work best. Guests are responsible for determining whether conditions are suitable for their specific vessel.
