A path leading directly from the building takes you just 250 metres to Heiligenhafen’s sandy beach, complete with a promenade, restaurants, beach chair rentals, DLRG lifeguard stations, and a beach lounge. <br><br>The condominiums, which vary in size and are individually furnished, feature 1–3 rooms and accommodate 2 to 4 guests. <br>From the balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the water: whether it’s the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, the marina, or the old town depends on the specific apartment.<br><br>Both an lift and a staircase will take you to your desired floor. <br>In the communal laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.<br>Each apartment comes with a free, designated parking space on the property. Bicycles can be stored behind the building, with some spaces covered.<br>The large lakeside property with a well-maintained lawn offers direct access to the inland lake on two sides. <br>The main entrance is also accessible via two ramps, making it barrier-free.
