When I arrived, the mini-fridge was broken and didn't work. When I mentioned this at the front desk, the attendant swapped it for another unit that was completely battered and scratched. I had paid the pet fee via the VRBO app, but upon arrival, the hotel charged me again, claiming I had to pay them directly; I refused because I had already paid the 42 fee for my cat for the one-night stay. The room's microwave was tiny—it couldn't even fit a lasagna—so I asked to heat the lasagna in the front desk microwave since it was late and I had two children to feed; the attendant was extremely rude and unpleasant, saying I couldn't heat it there because the smell would bother him. I had only planned to stay one night, but although I had considered extending my stay, I decided to look for another hotel instead.
