Attention all Equestrians...The perfect retreat after a long day with the horses! Nestled in a private cul-du-sac in Wellington, this house wraps you in warmth as soon as you enter. It's a beautiful, peaceful retreat for guests seeking comfort and space. The whole group will be comfortable in this beautifully decorated, fully stocked & spacious home. Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms featuring a king bed en suite and two queen bedrooms, plus a grand living room with an additional queen bed; there’s plenty of room for everyone. Open floorplan w/ soaring wood beam ceilings wrap you in warmth. Living room includes office space w/printer and bar area w/ beverage & wine fridge. Guests stay comfortable year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning throughout the home. Separate dining room, laundry room, full kitchen and screened in patio with ceiling fans leading out to the new pool. Huge fenced yard with new salt-water pool, (see important note below) and plenty of room for outdoor activities. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Wellington and this enchanting house have to offer. Due to the equestrian season a 3-4 month minimum is required December-April. If that time is not fully booked as the dates approach, shorter-term bookings may be available, so please don't hesitate to inquire. Includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, printer/office space. Hurricane Windows & doors. Dogs are allowed with approval from owner - no size limit. (My personal Doberman thinks he's in his own park in the backyard!) I'm so sorry, but no cats due to a very allergic husband. Due to a septic system, we prefer only 6-guests to sleep there on a regular basis. If you have company for a couple nights, that would be fine. They can use the pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. VRBO will not allow me to show the pool rendering photo (silly), so you will see the pool photo added after completion in June!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not remove mattress covers - sheets only. Pile sheets on bed. Please do not pile up dirty towels, but leave hanging in kitchen or bathrooms Place clean towels in closet,
Please take out all trash and bring to curb for pickup - including recycling.
Please load and start dishwasher the night before you leave. Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked

Why they chose this property
We love the equestrian community and thought the neighborhoods throughout Wellington were quite beautiful, quiet and peaceful. It’s a shame they don’t have a downtown/Main Street area but it’s such a great spot. The location is perfect in the subtropics. We were looking for a spot that had a large property for a pool and the beautiful open soaring wood ceilings sold us on this particular property. It’s 30 minutes to the beach, very close to all equestrian events, close to West Palm Beach Beach airport, restaurants, shops, etc..
What makes this property unique
Huge yard pool should be completed by June 2026 and there’s still plenty of room for outdoor activities, dogs to play and run. Quiet cul-de-sac. Fenced yard and inside the house is so warm and inviting with the furnishings and the Open wood beam ceilings plus the fabulous screened in porch.
