Der Pool hat mir sehr gut gefallen er hätte vielleicht 1-2 Grad wärmer sein können. Die Wohnung war auch sehr schön es war alles da was dass Herz begehrt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in der Anlage Rosengrund, zweimal zuvor in der Whg E1 der Familie ..

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in der Anlage Rosengrund, zweimal zuvor in der Whg E1 der Familie Wermuth, die Sie leider nicht mehr im Vermietungsangebot haben. Wir fühlten uns auch in der Whg. E6 sehr wohl, konnten jetzt erstmals auch den Schwimmbad- und Saunabereich nutzen (2020+2021 Corona). Zwei kleine Hinweise: in der Wohnung E6 ist kein Föhn, zumindest ein Hinweis, dass ein Föhn ggf. selbst mitzubringen ist, wäre hilfreich. Ferner konnte ich keine WLAN-Verbindung mit dem Fritz-Box-Router herstellen, nachdem ich mit dem Smartphone den QR-Code auf der Rückseite scannte. Vermutlich wurde das Passwort geändert. Ferner befand sich auf der Rückseite auch nicht das gedruckte Passwort - wie üblich - sondern nur noch Reste eines Klebestreifens. Es wäre also nett, wenn die Eigentümerfamilie Holstein das WLAN-Passwort unter den Router legen würde. Ansonsten alles bestens, ein Kompliment auch an den Reinigungsservice, der die Wohnung sehr sauber hergerichtet hat. Besten Dank auch für die sehr gute und stets nette Kommunikation mit dem Lilo Sattler Team. Viele Grüße Ralph Schneider

Anregung: Bei einer Ferienwohnung mit zwei Balkonen haben wir die "Balkonmöbel" vermisst. Wo sollten die beiden Auflagen aufgelegt werden? Die Reinigung der Balkone u.a. von Zigarettenasche sollte zur Reinigung bei Mieterwechsel gehören. Über die Lieferung von Paketen an den Vermieter sollte zumindest vorab informiert werden. So ist nicht schlüssig, ob eine Annahme erwünscht/ erwartet wird.
