This place was fabulous! My family was so comfortable while we attended appointments at Mayo. We had everything we needed and more. Communication with Brad was great! I highly recommend staying here!

I am from Rochester, MN. Still live there. I have worked many years at Mayo Clinic, most of which with cancer and transplant patients. I love being able to continue to help away from work by providing people with a clean, peaceful place to stay that hopefully feels more like home. I have seen how impactful a healthy environment can be for patients and their families, and I am proud to play a small role in that.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood with larger yards. It walkable distance to cascade lakes, which has a large walking/biking path around the lake, the best playground in Rochester, 1 of 2 beaches in Rochester, and an outdoor event center that hosts free concerts and events. It has quickly become the best summer spot in Rochester. The house is also just a minute drive to our favorite coffee shop, that is inside a garden center and greenhouse, our favorite brewery, hosting live music and events most nights of the week, and one of the best bar and restaurants in tow. It is a 3 minute drive to St. Mary's hospital, 8 min to Mayo Clinic (shorter without construction) and 2 minute drive with access to the highway (without having to heat the noise of the highway)
