Hang used towels in the bathroom and leave all bedding on the beds. Do not strip the beds. Caroline and Drew will take care of everything during cleaning.
Wash used dishes and either put them away or leave them on drying the rack. Trash may be left inside. If full, please take it to the alley bins and replace the bag.
Turn off all lights and fans. Lock all windows and doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours 10 p.m.–7 a.m. No smoking anywhere on property. Guests do not have access to basement or upper unit.
Guests have access to shared backyard with firepit, please use responsibly. Do not touch or move displayed art.
Do not use glitter, confetti, glue, or similar materials inside apartment. Do not pour grease, oil, coffee grounds, or food scraps down sink drain.
