Eine saubere, und schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Lage nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Das Schwimmbad im Nachbarhaus ist auch super. Der Ort und der Strand in Niendorf sind nicht so überlaufen. Wenn man etwas mehr Trubel möchte, ist man in wenigen Minuten in Timmendorf und/oder Scharbeutz.

Wenn man gerne in Niemdorf ist, ist das Appartement mit der Lage perfekt! Gemütlich ausgestattet und nur 150 m bis zum Strand. Tiefgaragenstellplatz, sodass man trocken ins Haus kommt. Jedoch ist der Weg zum Fahrstuhl durchs Haus nicht barrierefrei. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung top!
