Sehr schicke, moderne Wohnung mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Parken ist durch den Tiefgaragenstellplatz kein Problem . Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Man ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten am Strand oder im Hafen. Echt top!

Die Wohnung war sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Selbst Kaffee für die Kaffeemaschine oder Kapseln für die Nespresso waren vorhanden. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, dann auf jeden Fall in diese Wohnung.Die Vermieterin war über WhatsApp jederzeit erreichbar. Die Antwortzeit war sehr schnell.Kurzum, es hat alles gepasst!

Ich habe absolut nicht zu bemängeln. Die Wohnung, top und auch wirklich so wie man es auf den Bildern sehen kann.Schwimmbad, top die Tiefgarage top der Balkon herrlich zum Frühstücken. Frau Pochnow hat uns super nett eingewiesen. Frau Lorenzen war auch immer zu erreichen und total nett. Es war alles unkompliziert, Urlaub von der Ersten Minute. 2 Daumen hoch von uns.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlage

Für uns war die Ferienwohnung perfekt. Der Urlaub begann mit einer sehr freundlichen Begrüßung und einer kleinen Führung durch Herrn Baumann. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, hell und modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Sogar Nespressokapseln mit sehr schmackhaften Geschmacksrichtungen, Sekt und Schokolade lagen für uns bereit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Lage nah am Strand und am Hafen hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Frau Lorenzen war herzlich und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine rundum perfekte Ferienwohnung

Superschöne Wohnung

Von der Kontaktaufnahme bis zum letzten Urlaubstag gab es nicht das geringste zu beanstanden. Frau Lorenzen und Herr Baumann waren bereits bei unserer Anreise stets für uns zu sprechen. Insbesondere Herr Baumann war auch nach unserer Ankunft eine große Hilfe, indem er uns sogar beim Gepäckausladen unterstützte und uns danach in der Wohnung alles Notwendige erklärte. Die Wohnung selbst war absolut sauber und auch eingerichtet wie im Onlineinserat beschrieben. Ein Hingucker war die Einbauküche mit ihrer mehr als kompletten Ausstattung. Diese Wohnung kann von uns uneingeschränkt weiterempfohlen werden.

Toller Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung

Wir sind als Familie (zwei Kinder (3+6)) nach Niendorf gereist und wurden freundlich empfangen. Es gab vom netten Nachbarn eine großartige Einweisung + Empfehlungen für die Umgebung. In der Ferienwohnung fehlt es an nichts. Es ist alles vorhanden und neu- und hochwertig. Der Strand ist wenige Meter entfernt von der Wohnung, was echt praktisch ist. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage bietet auch für das Auto einen Schutz. Sowohl die Planung als auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung lief einwandfrei und freundlich. Absolute Empfehlung!

Super schöne Wohnung

Von Anfang bis Ende eine super schöne Woche ! Wir wurden total lieb begrüßt die Häuser sind schon älter aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört die WOHNUNG ist GANZ GANZ TOLL modern gemütlich mit allem ausgestattet was man so brauchen könnte uns hat es an nichts gefehlt ! Auch die Moglichkeit des Schimmbades und der Sauna hat uns super gefallen ! Das Bad ist einfach aber zum Schimmen klasse die Sauna am Wochenende nutzbar ist ziemlich neu und ausreichend groß mit Ruheräumen 👍👍 wir hatten eine tolle Zeit wir können es absolut weiter empfehlen !!

Alles entsprach den Angaben. Die Wohnung top , Check-in ( Herr Baumann ) und Sauberkeit herausragend . Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und relativ neue Ferienwohnung in guter Lage zum Strand und Hafen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Kontakt zur Vermieterin und bei der Wohnungsübergabe bestens. Einziger kleiner Nachteil ist die Ausrichtung der Wohnung zur Landseite, auf der anderen Hausseite sind die Wohnungen zur Meeresseite.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Niendorf und haben uns in der wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig und ist sehr hochwertig. Schönes Appartement am Ostseestrand

In dem komplett eingerichteten Appartement haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Strand ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. In der vierten Etage des Hauses befindet sich ein Schwimmbad. Etliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Der Tiefgaragenplatz rundet den sehr positiven Eindruck ab.
