Haus Amrum on Juist offers a total of 3 holiday apartments for 2 or 3 people to rent. Of these, 2 apartments are suitable for 2 people and 1 apartment for 3 people. For small children up to the age of about 3 years, it is possible to add a travel cot after consultation.

Comfortable living in all apartments from the 2018 season thanks to triple glazing.

The outdoor area was completely renovated between 2016 and 2019.

After extensive modernization, Haus Amrum was reopened in summer 2012. The apartments are completely newly furnished and now have new shower rooms with sinks and toilets as well as new fitted kitchens equipped with dishwashers and ceramic hobs. The house is quietly located in the east village on the dunes of Juist.

All apartments are non-smoking apartments.

The nearest bike rental is about 250 meters away.

As a rule, the apartment is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten in der sehr gepflegten und geräumigen Wohnung ein paar tolle Tage. Sehr sauber, sehr hell (vielleicht für manch einen etwas zu hell am Morgen..) und geräumig. Auch die Kommunikation verlief super! Gern wieder.

Einfach genial

Unsere Wohnung im Haus Amrum war sehr sauber und sehr geschickt eingerichtet! Ein bequemes Bett, ein tolles Bad, eine schöne Küche, machten das Wohnen zum Vergnügen! Dann war es natürlich auch genial, dass der Strand, das Dorf alles so schnell zu erreichen war! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Angenehmer ruhiger Aufenthalt

Das kleine Appartment ist sehr gut gelegen, die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend für schöne entspannende Tage auf der Insel Juist, nahe gelegen zum Weg zum Strand und in die Natur. Sehr schön, dass es auch eine Terrasse gibt, die windgeschützt ist. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gab es nur vorher per Email. Einziges Problem ist, dass das Bett quitscht! Das sollte abgestellt werden.

Gut gelegene kleine Wohnung

Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wurden gleich vom Vermieter sehr freundlich empfangen. Teilte uns gleich vorab mit, dass der Geschirrspüler leider defekt sei und wir diesen nicht benutzen können. War für uns kein Problem. Küche und Bad waren klein aber modern ausgestattet. Leider fehlte ein Ofen oder Microwelle mit Heißluftfunktion welche wünschenswert gewesen wären. Grundsätzlich war es sauber, allerdings hätten einige Spinnen vorher entfernt werden können und die Gardinen auch Mal wieder gewaschen werden können. Wohnraum war ausreichend groß und ließ viel Licht in die Wohnung. Langschläfer sollten darauf achten ggf. eine Schlafbrille mitzunehmen, da es sonst zu hell werden könnte da keine Aussenjalousien vorhanden sind. Zudem ist das Haus Recht hellhörig und es ist zu empfehlen eher eine Wohnung in der oberen Etage zu nehmen. Nichtsdestotrotz ist es ein kleines niedliches Appartement, welches gut gelegen ist und allen notwendigen Ansprüchen zu einen guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gerecht wird.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit guter Lage auf der Insel - Danke ! Was auf jeden Fall noch angeschafft werden sollte ist ein w-LAN Netz ( 2020 sollte sowas eigentlich Standard sein - sonst volle Punktzahl !! )

Örtlich gut gelegen, die Wohung sehr gut eingerichtet, im top Zustand vorgefunden. Angenehme Wohnungsnachbarn. Dazu passte auch noch das Wetter.

Schönes kleines Ferienappartement in guter Lage

Nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit traumhaft schöner Fensterfront fast wie in einem Wintergarten :-) sehr nette Vermieter, die Lage der Wohnung war sehr geschickt, zu Fuß in den Ortskern war kein Problem und zum Strand war es auch nicht weit. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Schöne Unterkunft, sehr gute Lage!

Die Unterkunft ist freundlich eingerichtet, hell und sauber, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Strand in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, Getränkemarkt mit weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und täglich frischen Brötchen um die Ecke. Kommunikation mit Vermietern war sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und werden selbst gerne wiederkommen.

Alles, was man im Urlaub braucht

Wenn Wohn- und Schlafbereich identisch sind, ist das manchmal etwas problematisch. Dennoch haben wir uns in dieser hellen, freundlichen und sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub auf einer autofreien Insel so braucht. Dass wir dem Kleiderschrank erst mal entstauben mussten, bevor wir den Koffer darauf legen konnten und dass die Betten gequietscht haben und der Fußboden knarrte, waren nur Kleinigkeiten. Diese lichtdurchflutete Wohnung Nr. 2 hat uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr gefallen. Etwas schade war, dass das Haus Amrum im Gegensatz zu fast allen anderen Ferienwohnungen auf Juist keinen Karren zur Gepäckbeförderung bereitstellt und dass wir unseren Vermieter nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben. Jedoch standen wir mit ihm in Mail-Kontakt, wodurch Fragen schnell geklärt werden konnten. Unsere Schulnote wäre 1,4. In ganzen Sternen macht das 5.

Helle, freundliche und saubere FEWO Nr. 2. Insgesamt sehr positiv. Im Garten wäre eine schönere Sitzecke, Gartenliege oder Grill wünschenswert.

Innen schön - außen nicht

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingrichtet, alles funktionierte. Hinter dem Haus war es reichlich unaufgeräumt und marode.
