The hosts are very nice and accommodating. Any time there was an issue they immediately responded and/ or showed up. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but there is a 10 foot privacy fence with a lock that aids in security as well as cameras.There is a distinct RV odor that permeates everything.

Regarding the RV odor, this is a brand-new unit, and a new RV can have a noticeable factory smell at first.
