Kleines, sauberes Apt. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon. Gepflegte Anlage.

Pros: - Fantastischer Meer- und Bergblick vom Balkon - Sauberes Apartment - gute Ausstattung (Haushaltsgeräte und Küche/ - gut funktionierendes WLAN - ausreichende Parkplätze (Mitte Sept.) - sehr gepflegte und ordentlich geregelte Hausanlage / Eigentümergemeinschaft Cons: - Schlafsofa unbequem / hart. Für 2 Personen zu klein - Balkontisch- und stühle sind zu klein für ein Essen zu 2. Dafür, dass das Highlight das Sitzen auf dem Balkon ist, wäre ein hochwertiges Tisch-Set gut angebracht.

La struttura e pulita ordinata, ha una bella piscina.Il monolocale per due persone era comodo, ma per tre sarebbe già stretto. Necessiterebbe sedie più comode, lampada per zona notte e mancava francamente l'aria condizionata. Ottima accoglienza da parte della signora che gestisce la casa, grazie del servizio.

On a passé un bon séjour. L'appartement est bien situé non loin de la plage et non loin de la ville

Pros: On a passé un bon séjour. L'appartement est bien situé non loin de la plage et non loin de la ville marbella en voiture. L'appartement situé au 11eme étage avec 'un côté une vue panoramique sur la mer et de l'autre côté une belle vue sur les montagnes. L'appartement est propre est bien équipé. En plus les propriétaires sont à l"écoute en cas de problème ils se déplacent eux même pour résoudre le problème ou envoient quelqu'un. En plus le lieu est bien sécurité si tu n"as les clés tu ne peux pas accéder au complexe résidentiel ni à l'ascenseur. Il y a un supermarché à côté du complexe et des restaurants surtout une restaurant pas cher qui se trouve dans le camping playa marbella.
