This spacious duplex unit enjoys a privileged position in the heart of the Dunas de Carib Playa residence located a few meters far from one of the best beach in Marbella. The property tastily decorated consists of two floors and three terraces. On the entrance floor stands the lounge with dining space, an fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with their bathrooms. The second floor is composed of an ample space with sofa bed, a bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The residence enjoys a large pool with children's area as well as lovely green areas carefully maintained.

6 Persons / 3 bedroom / 3 bath / 3rd floor with elevator / equipped kitchen; ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle / coffee machine / washing machine / air conditioning / dishwasher / flat TV / free internet access / large green areas / swimming pool + children's area / parking space / secure complex. The Artola area is a popular residential field located on the eastern side of Marbella, about 15 minutes drive from the old town and 35 minutes from the international airport of Málaga. With its sandy landscape and golden colors, the region enjoys spacious beaches neighboring the Puerto Deportivo de Cabopino. It is well equipped with a wide range of leisure and services, restaurants, beach bars, hire of sun beds and umbrellas, showers, nautical items rental, ect ...
