House was in a nice neighborhood and was very clean. It had a nice deck and large side yard area which was very inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication - ExcellentAmenities - Excellent and accurate. Beautiful yard, nice game room and patio area. Plenty of space for our family. Great neighborhood.Cleanliness - FairGeneral cleanliness was okay. Did find some used klennix in closed in patio/game area and under one bed with some dust bunnys. Couch had some staining but otherwise wonderful stay.

We would suggest putting in the address corner of French Lake and Garfield. When we came to the property in the dark because of flight delay it was almost like nothing was there on the corner. Driveway is on Garfield. In the dark and daylight the front is not exposed with light

The space is good, with a lot of outdoor space. It was very adorable compared to other local options which we really appreciated. Communication was good with the host as well. The downsides we're just in general cleanliness and supplies. We had trouble finding towels, and there was no dishwasher soap or coffee pods. There was a small amount of toilet paper for our group. We found a previous occupants partially eaten leftovers in the fridge, and there were some hairs on the sheets in the beds. All of these things were resolved - we threw out the leftovers, and we coordinated with the host to get more toilet paper, coffee pods, and towels. The sheets looked otherwise clean and we were too tired the first night to call and get new sheets, but I'm sure they would have worked with us if we had done so. We bought our own dishwasher soap. Great spot, convenient space, I would just plan to bring a couple extra supplies with you for the first night.

Spent the whole weekend here it was one of the best VRBO‘s. I’ve ever been to. I will definitely be coming back again sometime soon hopefully very clean. Very cute little house. I enjoyed it very much.

We had a last minute cancellation with our dog sitter and the hostess willing to allow our dogs to come to the property. He was very gracious and understanding of our situation. Thank you so much for your help and allowing us to stay.

Comfortable little house in an excellent location for us. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy walk to Anoka with lots of pretty walking paths. Our hosts were excellent, responding quickly to our requests.
