Hausaufteilung und Blick schön - aber…

Wir haben im Haus von Françoise mit sechs Personen einen Silvesterurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist geräumig, die Aufteilung der Räume ist prima, die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf den Rhein sehr schön. Francoise war freundlich und bemüht. Leider lassen der Allgemeinzustand und vor allem die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig, insofern geht das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis weit auseinander.

Es tut mir sehr leid, dass die Sauberkeit nicht optimal war. Ich hatte versucht, den Grund zu erklären. Ich hatte am Tag der Einreise ausnahmsweise kein Auto, um den Endzustand zu prüfen. 2 junge Leute hatten vorher 2 Tage dort gewohnt und hatten mir versichert, dass sie das Haus im gleichen Zustand zurückgelassen hatten, wie sie es vorgefunden hatten. Durch die Feiertage war es mir auch nicht möglich, eine Reinigungskraft 1 Tag vor Silvester zu schicken. Als Ausgleich mussten wir nach Ihrer Abfahrt lange mit den Hundehaaren Ihres schönen Hundes kämpfen. Ich hoffe dennoch, dass Sie einen schönen Aufenthalt am Rhein hatten und das Feuerwerk über den Fluss bewundert konnten.

Geräumiges, teilweise renovierte Unterkunft mit vielen nützlichen Einrichtungen wenn man sie findet. Ausgangspunkt für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe (Friedensmuseum, Kasbachtalbahn, Altstadt Linz)

Große (4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder auf 2 Etagen, schmale Treppe), in sich abgeschlossene Doppelhaushälfte am Hang (kein Garten/Rasen); nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin; etwas laut wg. stark frequentierter Bahnlinie und Bundesstraße vor dem Objekt; Pkw-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit Pkw erreichbar; Kücheneinrichtung und Waschmaschine i.O.; Esstisch nur im Wohnzimmer; WLAN-Geschwindigkeit gut; Fernsehapp. u.ä. nicht genutzt

Großzügiges Haus mit Defiziten

Ferienhaus, gute Aufteilung für 7 Personen, großzügiger Wohn- Essbereich. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit ist verbesserungsfähig.

Die bemängelte Ausstattung (fehlende Duschstange und fehlendes warmes Wasser in der Küche) wurde behoben. Ansonsten war der Gast wahrscheinlich äusserst penibel, was die Sauberkeit anging, weil es gründlich und 6 Stunden lang vor seiner Ankunft geputzt. Nur das Geschirr wurde nicht einzeln kontrolliert und der Gast hat jedes Messer, jeder Gabel, jedes Löffel, jedes Glas usw...gründlich gereinigt und auf dem Küchentisch mit dem Hinweis :"das ist sauberes Geschirr" ausgebreitet.
