The villa was built recently in 2021 in a chic and glamorous style. It is on two levels with three bedrooms with bathrooms on the ground floor as well as the utility room and guest toilet. Going up a few stairs you reach a fourth bedroom with adjoining bathroom.The fifth bedroom is located upstairs and has a secure individual entrance, an en-suite bathroom and a terrace with sea view.On the other side, also upstairs, is the living room with sofa, dining table for 10 and open fitted kitchen which opens directly onto a terrace with sea view and outdoor dining area for 10. An outside staircase provides access to the garden and the terrace with deckchairs and the swimming pool located on the lower level.
The villa is located in a secured residential park, a few steps from the beach "Les Salins" in Saint-Tropez.
