Stunning villa with Swimming pool located five minutes drive from the centre of St Tropez with all its trendy and gastronomic restaurants, museums, traditional markets and walking distance to the beach of les Canoubiers. The famous beaches of Pampelonne and les Salins are just a a short drive away. The house is also very well located if you enjoy running and walking as there are some beautiful walks along the coast starting from plage des Canoubiers.
The villa is located off Chemin des Salins which is in a highly exclusive and residential area near the famous parcs de st tropez. The Villa is on one level and consists of five bedrooms and three bathrooms with a recent swimming pool. There is a large and comfortable living room , a separate large dining room which both open out onto a beautiful outside terrace which has an outdoor living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

I am French and am based in Lyon, France about 4 hrs from St Tropez. I used to be an artist and spend a lot at the house in the Summer months with my daughter, son in law and two grandchildren who are all based in London. I have also always love spending time at the house during autumn and spring as the weather is lovely and there are lots of cultural events and of course the big sailing event in October with Les Voiles is a must to attend. Christmas and new year are also great at the house.

This property is trully situated in a wonderful prime location on routes des salins. Very close to the beach and the centre of town yet surrounded by nature.

What makes this property unique
Beautiful mature olive trees in the garden and driveway. One I believe is 1400 years old and the other unique benefit is my art on the walls !!
