The house is also very well located if you enjoy running and walking as there are some beautiful walks along the coast starting from plage des Canoubiers.

I am French and am based in Lyon, France about 4 hrs from St Tropez. I used to be an artist and spend a lot at the house in the Summer months with my daughter, son in law and two grandchildren who are all based in London. I have also always love spending time at the house during autumn and spring as the weather is lovely and there are lots of cultural events and of course the big sailing event in October with Les Voiles is a must to attend. Christmas and new year are also great at the house.
Why they chose this property
This property is trully situated in a wonderful residential location on routes des salins. Very close to the beach and the centre of town. It is decorated in a very provencale style in keeping with the traditions of St Tropez !
What makes this property unique
Beautiful mature olive trees in the garden and driveway. One I believe is 1400 years old and the other unique benefit is my art on the walls !!
