This beautiful 50m2 apartment is located in Port de Soller, a northern port town on Spain's sunny island of Majorca in the Balearic Islands. The apartment, which is in a small, private complex near the beaches, consists of a living room, a compact, well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom with air conditioning, as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The apartment features free Wi-Fi, a television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are provided (upon request). Guests can take in the spectacular mountain and sea view from the apartment and enjoy the outdoor amenities, which include a furnished garden and a wonderful swimming pool with outdoor showers. The apartment is just a 3 to 5 minute (1 to 1.5 km) drive from the Platja des Traves and the Port de Soller beaches along the scenic seafront. The area also offers excellent outdoors activities, such as mountain hiking in the Cova des Migidia and the Puig de Balitx just 12 minutes (4 km) by car and they are also accessible by public transportation. Puerto de Soller also features many cycling routes that wind through the stunning mountain and coastal landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 40 minute (37 km) drive from the apartment.
