This charming little house is located in a very desired area of Sóller, since it has the morning sun and is only 5 minutes walking from the main square.The property is located on a dead end street in a quiet area called Cas Panarers. We recommend getting on foot since the access is very narrow and the entrance by car is not advisable. At about 5 minutes walking from the house you can find a parking space.
The house has 90m2 and are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor there is a charming entrance converted into a living room with fireplace and a toilet. After some stairs is the kitchen and the cellars are converted in a siting room / TV room. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor, with a bathroom (en suite). The house has cold / hot air conditioning.
In front of the house, just by crossing the neighborhood road, we find the laundry and also there is a magnificent garden, where you can sunbathe and dine during the summer nights. The property is located on a street with no direct traffic. A perfect place to enjoy a quiet holiday without being too far from the city center.

Real Majorca

We loved our stay in this charming town house far enough out of the bustling centre of Sóller to feel real. The house was well equipped. The little garden a bonus but more comfortable garden furniture would have been appreciated.

Charming Quiet and Characterful

The property is fantastic! It is very well equipped and a great location - not too far from the main part of Soller but very quiet. It is very stylish and we really enjoyed using the garden. The only one small negative was the garden furniture which was a little uncomfortable. I would most certainly return!

Fantastic Home in Sóller

we loved the little house. it is perfect for couples or a small family. the home is located a bit outside of the center, but everything is easily in walking distance. the garden was a pleasent surprise. Xisca, the landlord, was very responsive and managed our check-in perfectly.

Soller stay

The cottage is great, and in a delightful and safe residential area about a 10 minute walk to the lovely Old town of Soller...We highly recommend the beautiful tram connecting the town to the port (where there is a great beach). We also did a day trip on the bus to Deia ... very beautiful mountain village.Xisca and Virginia were very helpful... they run the place very well. As it was a heatwave when we were there...it would good to have some fans downstairs (or ideally aiircon downstairs too..which the bedrooms had and were therfore cool)..Also as we arrived at night...the directions could have been a bit more precise...step by step guide from Bar Molina for example...not just photos.Overall though it was a lovely stay and one I am happy to recommend to others.

great location for walking

We had a lovely two weeks in this charming house. It was more spacious than I expected from the photographs with plenty of storage space. The bed is comfy and the shower is powerful. The kitchen was well equipped, possibly the first time I've stayed in a rental with decent kitchen knives. The area is very quiet but only a short walk from the centre of town with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. We enjoyed not having a car. The location doesn't need one. There are lots of great walks that can be done from the house and we took the bus to enjoy a few longer, one way walks. A truly great holiday in a peaceful house.

In der Küche war alles, was wir zum Kochen und Zubereiten brauchten, einfach super und durchdacht. Das Haus war sauber und sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gerne haben wir uns in dem blühenden und naturnahen Garten zum Frühstücken, Lesen und Abendessen aufgehalten. Wir würden jederzeit hier wieder Urlaub verbringen.Die Lage zum Zentrum ist ganz nah, aber ruhig; ebenfalls ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt, auch der kleine Garten war sehr schön. Die Lage , ruhig aber dicht am Zentrum von Soller war bestens. Allerdings hat es eine Weile gedauert, bis wir es gefunden haben.

Wir hatten eine sehr sehr gute Zeit in Soller! Das Haus und vor allem der dazugehörige Garten lassen einen die Zeit genießen. Durch die Klimaanlage im Haus lässt es sich auch bei 35/36 grad gut schlafen und aushalten. Die wege an den Strand sind in Ordnung und gut planbar. Insgesamt eine 10 von 10.

We really enjoyed our time here! The house was beautiful and in a lovely area, just a short walk to the town centre and very quiet with lots of great views of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need, including a coffee machine which we made good use of during our stay. The private garden was very pretty and a nice place to eat breakfast or have a glass of wine. The Xisca team left really clear instructions for everything, including easy to follow directions to the property which were much appreciated. Overall we were really impressed! Would recommend this to others looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

Super schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit in dem wunderschönen Häuschen sehr genossen. Für eine Ferienwohnung ist die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut. Schwierigkeiten hatten wir allerdings, das Haus bei der Anreise zu finden. Der Name der Straße, von der die Brücke abgeht, wäre hilfreich gewesen, alternativ die Koordinaten der Brücke.

Fantastiskt hus och läge

Perfekt hus som ligger i ett lugnt område nära landet med ca 5 min promenad till shopping och resturanger. Mysigt med trädgården som hör till huset där vi kunde koppla av och njuta av utsikt och natur. Huset är precis så fint som det ser ut på bilderna. Bor gärna här igen vid nästa besök i Soller

Nice house in the center of Sóller

We had a wonderful time at the house in Sóller and didn’t miss a thing. The amenities are excellent, and thanks to the pellet stove, it was always comfortably warm. The beds are outstanding—we slept exceptionally well. We loved being so close to the center while still having our own peaceful retreat. The beautifully landscaped garden was another highlight. It couldn’t have been better! We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to

Great New Year break

This is the second time we've stayed in this accommodation for New Year in Soller. The house is really equipped and in a great location, near to the centre but still very peaceful.When we arrived the pelllet stove was on so depsite the time of year it felt really cosy and welcoming. The little garden across the way is lovely, overlooking the water, and I would imagine that during the warmer months this would be a great place to relax in. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was a great way to see in the New Year

Schönes Ferienhaus in Sóller

Wir sind allgemein sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Super Lage: sehr ruhiges und schönes Viertel, sehr nah ans Zentrum von Sóller, aber auch fast direkt an sehr schönen Wanderungsrouten.Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, insbesondere hat mir die Küche gefallen - da findet man wirklich alles nötige.Für die Heizung im Winter ist auch gesorgt - ich habe das Pellet-Ofen im Erdgeschoss zwar nicht ausprobiert, da ich die Bedienunganleitung nicht gefunden habe, es gab aber auch tragbare Heizer sowie eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer.Die einzige Anmerkung ist, dass das Haus bei der Erstanreise nicht so einfach zu finden ist. Ich habe von dem Vermieter zwar eine bebilderte Wegbeschreibung erhalten, da wir allerdings in der Dunkelheit angekommen sind, hat fast alles etwas anders ausgesehen. Letzten Endes haben wir es aber geschafft, GPS-Koordinaten oder ein Screenshot aus Apple Maps (auf Google Maps scheint die Gasse gar nicht abgebildet zu sein) hätte aber geholfen. Und wichtig ist auch, dass das Haus nicht direkt mit dem Auto erreicht werden kann - die Gasse ist dafür zu schmal. Wir haben aber keine Probleme gehabt, Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden.

Wunderbarer Ort
