Enjoy the breath taking ocean views in this 1 bedroom top floor apartment with rooftop. Perfect for couples. The bedroom has a king size bed and full bath room. Newly remodeled Kitchen. Shared swimming pool. 10 minute walk to Beach(Playa la Audiencia). Easy access to shopping Walmart, Sams Club, Starbucks and other Restaurants. 24 hour gated security. Public transportation(bus) runs in front of condo entrance. Parking space in front of house.
Pet friendly, we accept small dogs
This home is one floor plus private roof top access. Enjoy dinner on the roof while looking out over ocean and mountain views.
We live in the same condo complex in a different unit. We are available anytime to address any needs our guest might have.
The house is located on the Peninsula de Santiago. We are right around the corner from Las Hadas and Playa La Audiencia.
The #8 bus runs in front of the condo complex.
Taxis and Uber are also available.
