This beautiful Home In The Las Hadas Peninsula is the perfect spot for your family or group vacation. Large private pool with outdoor entertainment area with grill, sink and lounge chairs. Ocean views thru out the home . 10 minute walk to Beach(Playa la Audiencia). Easy access to shopping Walmart, Sams Club, Starbucks and other Restaurants. 24 hour gated security. Public transportation(bus) runs in front of condo entrance.
Pet friendly, we accept dogs and cats.
First Floor - Fully equipped Kitchen, 2 Full baths, Back room with twin bed and full bath, Living room with new couches and air conditioner, access to pool and entertainment area
Second floor - Full Bath, 1 bedroom with 1 king size beds and 2 twin beds with A/C, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with A/C
Third floor - Full Bath, 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed with A/C, 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed with A/C
Pool is private to this property. Only you and your guests will have access to the pool and the entire house.
We live in the same condo complex in a different unit. We are available anytime to address any needs our guest might have.
The house is located on the Peninsula de Santiago. We are right around the corner from Las Hadas and Playa La Audiencia.
The #8 bus runs in front of the condo complex.
45 minute trip to ZLO, Playa de Oro International Airport
Taxis and Uber are also available.
