Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand. Bei Bedarf hat man eine Waschmaschine und eine Sauna im Haus. Außerdem steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon mit seitlichem Blick zum Dorfteich. Es stimmte alles. Die Übernahme der Schlüssel am Sonntag war sehr unkompliziert.
