Vacation apartment near the village pond for up to 2 people, with a balcony.

A centrally located yet quiet holiday rental by the Wenningstedt village pond. The living area of the holiday rental on the 1st floor features a cosy sofa and armchair, as well as a flat-screen TV. It flows directly into the dining area, located in a south-facing glass bay window—the perfect spot to start the day with a relaxing breakfast. The adjacent open kitchenette offers everything you need, from a microwave and oven to a dishwasher. From the living area, you have access to the east-facing balcony. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, ample closet space, and access to the balcony. From there, you’ll enjoy a beautiful side view of the Wenningstedt village pond and the picturesque Frisian chapel. The shower room, complete with a toilet and heated towel rack, is bright and comfortable. The living room features another double fold-out bed with additional storage space.

A special highlight is the shared wellness area with saunas available for a fee, which are operated via a coin-operated machine.

Wi-Fi is, of course, free for our guests. A parking space is available right at the house. Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.



The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive bus tickets for free. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay. Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand. Bei Bedarf hat man eine Waschmaschine und eine Sauna im Haus. Außerdem steht ein eigener Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen Balkon mit seitlichem Blick zum Dorfteich. Es stimmte alles. Die Übernahme der Schlüssel am Sonntag war sehr unkompliziert.
