Modern vacation apartment for up to 4 people with a balcony in a central location

Through a private entrance, you’ll step into a small hallway. You’ll reach the holiday rental via a staircase leading to the ground floor. The open-concept kitchen on the upper floor is modernly furnished and features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a combination oven and microwave, a drip coffee maker, and a dining table. From the living room, which features a cosy sofa, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy that Sylt open-air feeling in the summer. On the same level, you’ll find the modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in rain shower, a heated towel rack, and a toilet. The first bedroom, with a box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a flat-screen TV, is also located on this level. The stairs lead up to the attic, where you’ll find another bedroom with a built-in double bunk bed (160 cm x 200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a cosy reading nook. In the garden, you’ll find a small sun deck with a beach chair for relaxing to your heart’s content. There’s also a rack for securing your bicycles.

The Syltmuschel is a non-smoking holiday rental where pets are not allowed. The entire holiday rental is equipped with underfloor heating. The parking space is located directly in front of the house.


The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
