Vacation home for up to 4 people on the Wadden Sea, with garden.

A holiday just 350 metres from the tranquil Wadden Sea! The holiday home offers approximately 100 m² of living space (max. 4 people) and is spread across the ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor, you’ll find a separate, modern kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, an entryway, and a spacious living and dining area with access to the terrace and garden, which is enclosed by a fence and a traditional Sylt Frisian wall. Garden furniture and a beach chair are available in the garden. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a large box-spring bed (160 x 200 cm and 180 x 200 cm), and a bathroom with two sinks and a corner bathtub. The house has a private driveway on a dead-end street in the immediate vicinity of the Wadden Sea near Munkmarsch. One parking space is included with this holiday home. Well-behaved dogs are allowed upon prior notification (€10 per pet/day).

A charcoal grill is available for your use; you’re welcome to pick up the grill grate at our agency for a deposit of €50.
