Quietly located 3-room holiday apartment (55 m²) in Alt-Westerland, "Ferienliebe Westerland," with a south-facing balcony. An open spiral staircase leads you to the ground floor, where the holiday apartment is located. From the hallway, you enter the bright, modern living/dining room with direct access to the south-facing balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture—a perfect spot to enjoy the sun until late in the evening. Adjacent to this area is the separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, and drip coffee maker. Two bedrooms with box-spring beds and ample closet space for your clothes, as well as the shower room, are also accessible directly from the hallway. The “Ferienliebe Westerland” holiday rental is a non-smoking property where small, well-behaved dogs are permitted upon prior registration (€10 per pet per day). The designated parking space is located directly in front of the house.
