The holiday rental is located on the upper floor and in the attic and features a sunny south-facing balcony. The living and dining area with an open kitchen is on the ground floor. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The upper floor also features a shower room and a bedroom with a double bed. A narrow staircase leads to the open attic.<br>Here you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds, which has its own bathroom with a sink and toilet. The holiday rental is located near the beach (approx. 550 metres). A bakery, a bus stop, and several restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A parking space is available. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement for shared use and available for a fee. Pets are not allowed.<br><br>The holiday rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner programme, which means you’ll receive bus tickets for free. You can use these tickets to travel throughout the entire island during your stay.
