To ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are respected:

Occupancy & Guests
Only registered and paid guests are permitted to stay overnight. Any additional visitors must be approved in advance.

Parking
One assigned parking space is provided per paying guest.

Noise & Conduct
Please be respectful of neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

Home Care
Please dispose of all trash in designated bins, clean out the refrigerator, and remove personal items prior to check-out. We ask that the unit, furniture, and linens are left in good condition.
For efficiency and system performance, A/C settings should remain between 69°F at night and no lower than 71°F during the day.

Cleaning & Damage
Additional cleaning or damage beyond normal use may result in extra charges.

Safety
For safety reasons, candles, incense, and open flames are not allowed. Unauthorized appliances (such as hot plates or deep fryers) are prohibited. Please do not tamper with smoke detectors, locks, or any security devices.

Linen & Towel Care
Replacement fees may apply for missing or damaged linens and towels.

Policy Violations & Charges
Any violation of Sulphur Suites policies—including smoking in the unit or damage to furniture, bedding, flooring, or other property—may result in additional charges.

Guests will be notified of any applicable fees and provided the opportunity to resolve the balance directly before the payment method on file is charged.
