Maximum occupancy is 8 adults (ages 13 and up) and 4 children (under 13).

Please note: Due to operational limits of external pool heaters, they will not function when outdoor temperatures drop below 65°F.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and its outdoor spaces, including the pool, balcony, BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, parking for up to six (6) vehicles, a coffee maker, as well as a washer and dryer.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of a standard $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
