The former horse changing station and winery has its north-west side in the hamlet of Auriolles along the village street and its the south-east side (courtyard and garden) directly in the vineyards. Breathtaking views of Mont Sampzon and the surrounding orchards. A few minutes' walk to bathing spots by the Ardèche and Chassezac, 3 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of La Beaume.

FIRST FLOOR (the ground floor contains the former wine cellars and stables):

- Bedroom 1: The Green Room. Double bed 160 x 200 cm with electr. slatted frame, desk, armchair, antique wardrobe. All bedding is of high quality and includes cotton and linen sheets.
- Bedroom 2: The Star Room. Double bed 160x200cm, sitting area, desk, closet.

- Bathroom with double washbasin, shower, toilet, bidet, electr. towel heater.

UPPER FLOOR:
The charming staircase in the kitchen leads to the upper floor, the former barn, with its beautiful exposed stone walls.

- Bedroom 3: The Stone Room. Double bed 160x200cm, wardrobe, large seating area.

- Large living room with a teenager's corner (2 new daybeds with high-quality mattresses), sofa area (leather sofa and armchair) and reading and snuggling cave with toys for children as well as Sonos sound station (Airplay, Bluetooth) and football table.

- Bedroom 4: The Copper Room. 2 single beds 80x200cm, clothes storage and additional wardrobe area.
- Bathroom 2: vanity with waterfall fittings, shower, electrical heater

Mas Catalpa is ideally suited for groups of married couples and families with children from school age. Less recommended for smaller children since the property is not fenced.

We recommend climbing, hiking, racing bikes and MTB rides in autumn and spring, and swimming in the three nearby rivers and canoe tours in summer.
