This cozy rustic A frame cabin boasts 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom and a spacious living area. The kitchen is fully stocked to make cooking a breeze. Outside you'll find a bonfire pit and a charcoal grill. Directly across the road is the Lincoln Hills trail system which connects to thousands of acres of scenic trails. Located near Club 37 trailhead, Pine River, State Land, Manistee National Forest, Caberfae Ski and Golf Resort, Tippy Dam and more! Cadillac, Ludington, Manistee within 35 mins

The space:
Welcome to the Jolley Cabin! We're so glad you're here! This adorable rustic A Frame was hand built by the original owners in 1975. Nestled in the woods, this cabin offers a relaxing retreat for any outdoor enthusiasts. Getting to the trail system has never been easier with the Lincoln Hills Trail System just across the street! A short drive north will bring you to the Pine River if you feel like getting your feet wet. Caberfae Ski & Golf Resort within 15 mins, Tippy Dam is 20mins! Here during the winter? The snowmobiling trails are endless! Fall colors are glorious around here so jump in the car and drive to Traverse City for a color tour! So much beauty and nature to explore right outside your doorstep.

Some things to consider before booking our cabin:

-This cabin is rustic and located in the woods. There WILL BE BUGS. Our cleaners do an exceptional job at making sure our space is very clean, cozy and welcoming so know that if you do happen to see a bug it’s simply due to location and not cleanliness. Keeping all firewood outside will help prevent this, as well. Also, please bring bug spray. We do our best to keep a clean and polished space but please consider the location and possibilities before booking.

-This Cabin does NOT have built in A/C however there is an electric portable
a/c unit available.

-There is NO WI-FI.

-No Cable but lots of DVDs to watch on a rainy day! Or pour a glass of wine and play one of many board games!

-we do NOT offer firewood

-The bedrooms are loft style rooms. The bathroom does have full privacy.

-No dishwasher

-No Washer/Dryer

-The stairs to the second floor are steep, please keep this in mind before booking.

-We are in love with our little a frame but keep in mind all the fun is outside!

Other things to note:

-Bonfire wood is not included (however, you’re welcome to use it if it’s there). There are many local places to grab some on your way to the cabin!

-charcoal and liter fluid is not included

You must pick up after your pet. We will charge $50 PER pet waste “pile” left behind. Absolutely NO Pets on beds or furniture.

-Don’t forget the bug spray, you’ll be in the woods! :)
