This was a perfect house for a low-stress vacation from our Orlando "vacation." We had a break between weekend tournaments for our two girls, so decided to stay in Cocoa Beach for a few low-key days before going back to to the hustle and bustle of Orlando. This house was perfect! We chose this property over some other canal-front properties because of the uninhabited island across the canal. The backyard was very private with ample space for the kids to fish. The sun-room on the back of the house was a great air conditioned space for the kids to play board games while keeping an eye out for dolphins and manatee in the canal. Positives: - House was immaculate and well stocked bathrooms and kitchen- Plenty of space for our group of 8 (family of 6 plus two friends). There is a room off the garage that offered additional privacy for our friends. - Great outdoor space! For Awareness- There is no grill, so we did all of our cooking in the kitchen- Different bedrooms had different bed firmness. The primary bedroom had a fairly soft mattress (too soft for my taste), one of the bedrooms had a much firmer mattress - The dock was a few feet off the water, so getting on/off the paddle board was tricky. there was a ladder on one end that made access a little easier. If you want to spend time exploring, rental kayaks would be a good option.Overall, this was a great, well maintained property that was perfect for our few days in Cocoa Beach!
