Achtung bei Höhenangst

Die Wohnung ist gut, aber sie ist nur über eine Außentreppe mit z.T. Gitterstufen zugänglich. Meine Schwiegermutter brauchte dort mit ihrer Höhenangst einige Überwindung. Auch die „Treppe“ zum Dachschlafzimmer hat keinen Handlauf und ist deshalb eher etwas für sichere Kletterer und weniger für Alte oder Kleinkinder. Für sechs Leute waren etwas wenig Geschirr, Gläser und Teelöffel (haben wir jetzt gekauft und dortgelassen) vorhanden. Das ist leider meiner Erfahrung nach in vielen FeWos der Fall. Sonst tolle Lage, null hellhörig (bei Schnarchern wichtig) und gemütlich. Danke auch für den verschobenen Checkout. Einfach im Büro freundlich nachfragen, dann wird es versucht zu ermöglichen. Gerne wieder.

Schicke Wohnung in Top-Lage mit kleinen Mängeln

Bei Ankunft mussten wir leider gleich mit dem Besen ran, da der Fußboden in einem Teil der Wohnung nicht wirklich sauber war. Deshalb für Sauberkeit nur 2 Punkte. Außerdem fehlte der in der Beschreibung enthaltene Wäscheständer, der in einer Ferienwohnung auf einer (Bade-) Insel eigentlich auch Standard sein sollte. Nach zweimaliger Nachfrage wurde er ins dann schließlich vor die Tür gestellt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist allerdings top - etwas abseits der belebten „Hauptstraße“ und doch nur etwa fünf Minuten zum Strand und wenige hundert Meter zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Aber Achtung. Ich habe mich von den Fotos irre leiten lassen und nicht auf die Quadratmeter-Angaben geachtet. Für sechs Personen, wie maximal möglich, ist die Wohnung zu klein - zu dritt war es ok.
