Newly installed flooring, modern furnishings, a newly installed kitchen, and other extensive renovations make this Wangerooge holiday rental a stylish oasis of comfort for the whole family. Bright rooms, tasteful decor, and a magnificent view of the North Sea await you.

The highlight of the Wangerooge holiday rental is the cosily furnished, covered balcony with a direct view of the sea. Your very own beach chair is already waiting for you here! Reading a good book in complete peace while enjoying the fresh North Sea air is pure relaxation...

The living room also offers space for relaxing holiday moments with a cosy couch area and a modern flat-screen TV.
The separate bedroom in this Wangerooge holiday rental is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and another flat-screen TV. There is room for two additional guests on a sleeper sofa (2 x 70 cm).

In the modern, fully equipped kitchen—which includes a 2-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator—you can easily prepare your own meals.

General Information: “Haus Nautica” has an lift, so you can easily access the holiday rental even with small children. Washing machines and dryers are located in the building. There is a separate storage area for bicycles. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.

Right next to “Haus Nautica” is the famous Café Pudding. Here, you’ll not only be served delicious coffee specialities and light snacks, but you’ll also enjoy a fantastic view of the North Sea!

Urlaubswoche vom 28. KW 2024

Diese Unterkunft war sehr enttäuschend. Preis/Leistung € 198,-- pro Tag inkl. Endreinigung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Die Whg. war nicht 100% sauber. Nachttisch/Bett und Fächer in den Schränken waren verstaubt. In einem Fach befand sich eine vollverstaubte Socke von irgendeinem Vormieter. Fenster nicht geputzt. Das Badezimmer total anitquiert, kaum Ablageflächen, in der Dusche gar keine. Der Toilettendeckel inkl. Brille vergilbt und wackelig. Balkon sandig, hier war länger nicht gefegt worden. Ein Pluspunkt der Strandkorb, der aber auch schon in die Jahre gekommen ist und verrostet. In der Küche völlig unlogisch sageundschreibe 21 Kaffeetassen und Becher !! Aber nicht ein einziges Sektglas. 2 Weingläser und 5 Saftgläser. Küchenmesser teilweise verrostet und weitere veraltete Küchenutensilien (Flaschenöffner etc.). An 3 Tellern waren noch Speisereste vom Vormieter. Bei Ankunft konnten wir zwar schon vor 17.00 Uhr die Whg. beziehen, jedoch wurde uns in keiner Weise erklärt, wo sich die Whg. genau befindet. Man musste erstmal auf die Suche gehen. "Hier gleich die nächste Str. links" wurde uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe nur gesagt. Diese Whg. können wir nicht weiter empfehlen.

Super Sauber, gute Betten, Sehr freundlich, Sehr Zentral aber ruhig. Auch der Transport mit dem Koffer hat perfekt funktioniert. Der Vermieter selbst kümmert sich auch selbst und erkundigt sich ob alles OK ist. Die Mitarbeiter von Wfv waren auch sehr freundlich. Wir werden bestimmt wieder in diese Wohnung kommen. :-)

Eine Wohnung in sehr guter und zentraler Lage. Es ist an Ausstattung alles da, was man benötigt und in sehr gutem Zustand. Der Blick vom Strandkorb auf das Meer und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe ist herrlich. Dieser Blick und ein schönes Glas Wein, was braucht es mehr an so einem Ort ? Wir können diese Wohnung für die Belegung mit zwei Personen sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und auf dem Balkon hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Café Pudding und die Nordsee. Für zwei Personen ist sie eine sehr gute Wahl. Doch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist qualitativ sehr gut und sehr bequem, sodass man es bei gutem Wetter auch zu viert gut in dieser kleinen Wohnung aushalten kann. Hier würden wir immer wieder herkommen.
