“Welcome” to the Residenz am Rosengarten! You’ll feel right at home in our holiday rental on Wangerooge—bright rooms and modern furnishings make this a cosy retreat for up to four people.

The holiday rental spans two floors, offering an ideal layout for a holiday with up to four people. The lower level features a spacious living area with a dining area, an open-concept kitchen, and a sitting area. A cosy sofa arrangement with a radio and TV invites you to relax here.

The well-equipped kitchen—featuring a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, among other appliances—makes it easy to prepare your own meals. Various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and electric kettle, are also provided.

In the separate bedroom of the holiday rental on Wangerooge, you’ll find two modern pull-out armchairs and a comfortable box-spring bed. There’s also a TV here. Thanks to the large windows and the beautiful view outside, you’ll start your new holiday day feeling relaxed as soon as you wake up.

The modern bathroom is equipped with, among other things, a fully glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Thoughtfully chosen accessories make this room a place of comfort as well.

The Rosengarten and the village park surround the historic building. Both public gardens are wonderful places to take a stroll.

General Information: The apartment is not suitable for children under 7 years of age; we appreciate your understanding. Free Wi-Fi is available at no additional cost. A washing machine and dryer are provided and available for shared use. You can access Apartment 22 through the building entrance at Charlottenstr. 23b. This is a pet-free, non-smoking apartment.

Taking a leisurely stroll here or simply unwinding in one of the cafés with a view of the sea is pure relaxation. The island’s supermarkets are right across from the residence, so you can run errands just 30 metres away!
