Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Blick über das Watt, einen tollem Balkon, der überdacht ist. Viele nette Details wir Geschirr etc. Das Internet ist leider sehr instabil nicht wirklich zu nutzen, entsprechend auch Fernsehen, Mediatheken etc. einschränkt. Im Winter ist die obere Etage nicht heizbar ( wir waren im Januar dort) und an einigen Stellen ist die Wohnung etwas verbraucht. Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir haben die Tage dort trotz der Einschränkungen sehr genossen, waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund. Für den Preis hatten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

Völlig veraltete Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist leider in einer völlig veralteten und nicht mehr zeitgemäßen Ausstattung. Dunkelbraune Fliesen, französische Wasserhähne im Bad und das an der Nordsee, elektrischer Kamin mit bunten Hintergrundlicht (blau, gelb, rot usw.) sowie diverses abgestelltes Zeug in den Schränken sind für den hohen Mietpreis leider völlig indiskutabel. Renovierung erforderlich

Obwohl die Probleme mit dem Internet seit Ostern bekannt waren, wurden sie erst während unseres Aufenthalts im Mai behoben. Die Armaturen in der unteren Etage gehören renoviert, ebenso die Bedienung des Badewannen-Verschlusses. Im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss muss die Abluft erneuert werden (verschmutzt und oxidiert). Der Kühlschrank hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und bietet ausreichend Platz.
