Villa 'Casa Mayor Strand Es Trenc 5 Min' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi & Air Conditioning

Casa Mayor is just a 30-minute drive from the airport and Palma, located in Dalt de Sa Rapita on Mallorca’s south coast. Enjoy a peaceful setting close to sandy beaches—Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, and Ses Salinas are only 1,900 m away, about 6 minutes by bike. This south-facing natural stone villa offers a heated private pool and a large, secluded plot. Sun loungers, a large parasol, an outdoor shower, a covered terrace with furniture, and a Weber gas grill are at your disposal. The rooftop terrace, accessible from outside, is equipped with two loungers and a lounge set, offering views towards Es Trenc beach.



The spacious 50 sqm living room is newly furnished. High-speed internet, Smart TVs (65", 50", 27") and a soundbar are provided. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite. All windows and the terrace door have new mosquito screens; kitchen and bathroom windows are also barred. The house is secured with an alarm system.



Use of the pool and pool area is at your own risk. The house features a photovoltaic system and a wallbox; charging e-bikes is possible. Two bicycles are available free of charge. Pool heating (max. 27°C) and wallbox use are available for an extra fee. Pool heating from November to March is on request, depending on weather. Freshly made beds, towels, and beach towels are included.



Parties and loud events are not allowed; no rentals to groups under 30 years. Shops, small supermarkets, a pharmacy, and several restaurants are in the village.

Great villa but...

Very nice villa, pool, interior and kitchen: all great! But there is construction site across the street. They hammer, nail and drill from 7:30 tru 17:30, monday to saturday..we received a compensation...but unfortunately it was just too loud and so we couldnt enjoy the stay despite the nice villa...but thank you anyway.

Wunderschönes Haus im November in dem sehr ruhigen Dorf Sa Rapita .

Pros: Das Haus mit Pool sind perfekt und es ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet . - Wir waren begeistert ! Auch die Vermieterin und der Hausverwaltung waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar . Herzlichen Dank Cons: Keine Mängel !

Hier stimmt einfach alles.

Pros: Das Haus ist sehr sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Küche praktisch eingerichtet und hat hochwertige Geräte. Cons: Die Heizung des Pools kostest extra. So weit so gut, eine Info in der Beschreibung wäre gut.

Neues Haus an toller, ruhiger Lage

Pros: Das Haus lag an einem wunderschönen, ruhigen Ort mit einem herrlichen Pool. Es war komplett ausgestattet, sodass uns nichts fehlte. Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert und die Betreuer waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen.

Ein supertolles Haus auf der wunderschönen Insel

Pros: Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und blitzesauber. Es hat alles was man braucht und vieles mehr. Der Pool wunderschön und da wir schönes Wetter hatten, konnten wir ihn auch im November mit etwas Unterstützung der Poolheizung sehr gut nutzen. Um das Haus stehen einige Palmen, der Pool, die Terrasse....einfach richtiges Urlaubsfeeling! Auch die Einrichtung innen lädt ein, auch mal einen Faulenzertag zu machen, die Küche ist nagelneu und sehr gut durchdacht und sehr gut ausgestattet. Was ich besonders gut fand ist, dass man nicht angebrochene Lebensmittel dort lassen kann, was man dann auch sieht. Man kommt ja mit dem Flieger und kann nicht noch Essig, Öl, Gewürze, Zucker usw. mitbringen. Das ist alles da und wenn etwas zu Neige geht, dann kauft man was Neues und lässt es auch dort. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr bemüht (danke noch für die Willkommensgaben). Auch die Verwalter betonen, dass man Sie immer kontaktieren kann und bieten jegliche Hilfe an. Cons: wir hatten zu wenig Zeit, wären gerne noch länger geblieben :-)

Einfach ein super Urlaub 👍🍹

Pros: Es war einfach nur super. Man fühlte sich wie ein Hausbesitzer. Der Pool war der Hammer und wurde auch zwischendurch gesäubert. Auch hatten wir neben dem Poolboy 🤣auch einen Gärtner 😃😉. Fehlte nur noch ein Koch 👩‍🍳😉. Nein, auch Küchen-Utensilien…es gab eigentlich nichts, was es nicht gab. Wir hatten jedenfalls nichts zu meckern. Es sind zwar schon einige Sachen in die Jahre gekommen, aber wie ich hörte, wird das nach und nach ersetzt oder ausgebessert. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, aber wer Remmidemmi haben möchte, muss in die größeren Städte gehen. Für Ausflugsziele ein guter Start. Auch zum Strand „Es Trenc“ist es nicht weit und der ist wunderschön. Es war für mich einer der schönsten Urlaube. Zum Schluss möchte ich noch Chris und Sandra bewerten😝😜 Ganz liebe Leute, die immer für alles ein offenes Ohr hatten. Lieben Dank nochmal. Ich hoffe, wir sehen uns nochmal wieder. Einen lieben Gruß aus Berlin von Bärbel,Dieter und Bettina Wir waren vom 19.6. - 3.7.22 bei euch🙋🏻‍♀️🙋‍♂️👧 Cons: Brötchendienst, das wäre noch der Wahnsinn gewesen👍😜
