Leider hat trotz Email vor Abreise kein entsprechend großes Bettlaken für das Schlafsofa zur Verfügung gestanden und auch trotz etlicher Versuche nach Ankunft jemanden zu erreichen, wurde nicht zurück gerufen geschweige denn, ein passendes Bettlaken zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses haben wir erst nach persönlicher Vorsprache im Büro am nächsten Tag nach über 24 Stunden NACH Ankunft erhalten. Dies ist leider kein guter Service
